Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with us. They are written to be readable rather than intimidating.
1. About us

2. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order acknowledgement. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where pricing was listed in error, or where an end-use check cannot be completed.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes and duties where these apply. Shipping is $12.50 on qualifying orders and free above $149.00. Payment methods are shown at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we never store them.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are given in working days and begin once payment and any required documentation are confirmed. Some hazardous or temperature-controlled goods travel on restricted services and may take longer. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Acceptance and inspection
Please inspect goods on arrival and tell us within seven days of anything damaged, missing or incorrect, with photographs where possible. We will replace, resupply or refund without argument where the fault is ours.
6. Warranties
We warrant that products conform to their published specification and any certificate of analysis supplied. We give no other warranty of fitness for a particular method, since validation for your application remains yours.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use all products lawfully and safely, in line with our disclaimer. Accounts used for unlawful purchasing will be closed and reported where we are required to do so.
8. Your account
Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
